At AIR RISE INC, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, and we have established the following policies to ensure a smooth and fair process:

Returns and Exchanges: All goods must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and product tags intact. If the item is a product of AIR RISE INC, it must also include any additional materials, elements, and accessories included in the original shipment. Furthermore, all items must have been purchased from and shipped by AIR RISE INC for us to honor the return. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Contacting AIR RISE INC: To process a return or exchange, customers must contact AIR RISE INC within 14 days of the purchase. Any damage to the product box, product itself, or accessories that come in the same box will result in an additional 10% restocking fee. If the items have been bought by mistake, for instance, the wrong color, model, or similar issue was chosen, and if the customer did not contact our Customer Support via email or messaging prior to shipment (9am-1pm), AIR RISE INC does not cover shipping costs, and the customer will have to pay for them. Additionally, customers must provide the order number and proof of purchase to proceed with a return.

Refunds: Refunds will only be made after the items have been returned and inspected by AIR RISE INC. If customers do not comply with these policies, the return requests may be denied. If customers do not fully return all aforementioned items, AIR RISE INC reserves the right to deny the return. AIR RISE INC will fully cover the return if, after our review of the return request, we find that it is our fault or mistake.

Special Notes: To consider issuing RMA authorization, customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). The attachment size must be under 10MB for the Support Center, and larger attachments can be sent to [email protected] Product returns must be via one of AIR RISE INC’s approved shipping methods; our Support Center can provide you with further details. Note that the returned shipping fee is non-refundable, and products must be returned unopened and unused for a refund.
