Seller Portal Interface & Navigation 3.0 #
Welcome to the AIR RISE INC – iStore Marketplace Seller Portal! We have revamped our interface and navigation to provide you with a more user-friendly and intuitive experience. Here’s what you need to know:
- Navigation Menu: The navigation menu offers easy access to various functions within the Seller Portal. It includes the following options:
- Account: Manage your seller account settings, including membership status, brand ownership, vacation settings, account information, data feed settings, user permissions, shipping settings, signed terms and conditions, change password, and sign out.
- Items: View, create, and update item and listing information.
- Orders: Process orders, manage returns, handle pre-orders, and create SBN multi-channel orders.
- Messages: Send and receive messages to AIR RISE INC iStore customers.
- Manage Store: Promote your products on your AIR RISE INC iStore storefront.
- Advertising: Access tools to advertise your products.
- Promotions: Create and manage promotions.
- Shipped by AIR RISE INC: Manage your inbound and outbound products at our warehouse.
- Seller Advisor: Features that help you best manage your items on AIR RISE INC iStore.
- Reports: Access business reports, operations reports, financial information, and more.
- Performance: View your account metrics and reviews.
- Seller Menu: The seller menu provides user-specific settings and information. It includes the following options:
- Customer Message Icon: Shortcut to the message function to send and receive messages to AIR RISE INC iStore customers.
- Platform Icon: Switch between AIR RISE INC iStore platforms.
- Translate Icon: Translate the Seller Portal to English or other languages.
- Seller Portal App Icon: Download the Seller Portal app for iOS or Android devices.
- Seller Information: The seller information section provides you with important details about your account. It includes the following information:
- Action Needed: Lists pending actions that require your attention, such as unshipped orders, abnormal tracking orders, open RMAs, cancellation requests, and customer messages.
- Sales Summary: Displays a graph of your sales summary for today, including orders sold, units sold, total sales, average units sold per order, average unit price, and average order amount.
- Inventory Summary: Provides information about your inventory, including the total number of unique items, inventory value, $0 GMV SKUs (SKUs with no sales), SKUs without images, active SKUs, out-of-stock SKUs, and top-selling items.
- Inventory Forecast (US Only): Offers inventory restocking advice for specific items.
- Suggested Pricing (US Only): Provides suggested pricing for specific items.
- Recommended Items (US Only): Recommends listing items for your account.
