Returns and Exchanges: All goods must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, product tags, and any additional materials or accessories included in the original shipment. Please note that we can only honor returns for items purchased from and shipped by AIR RISE INC. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
Contacting AIR RISE INC: To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact AIR RISE INC within 14 days of the purchase. It is important to note that any damage to the product box, the product itself, or accessories that come in the same box may result in an additional 10% restocking fee. In cases where the customer has made a mistake, such as choosing the wrong color or model, and did not contact our Customer Support via email or messaging prior to shipment (9am-1pm), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Customers must provide the order number and proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected by AIR RISE INC. Failure to comply with our return policies may result in the denial of the return request. Please ensure that all required items are fully returned; failure to do so may result in the denial of the return. If, after reviewing the return request, AIR RISE INC determines that the fault or mistake lies with us, we will cover the return costs.
Special Notes: To obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorization, customers must first provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging. The images should be well-lit and taken at a close to medium distance for proper identification and verification. The file size of attachments for the Support Center should be under 10MB, while larger attachments can be sent to [email protected]. Product returns must be made using one of AIR RISE INC’s approved shipping methods, and our Support Center can provide further details. Please note that the return shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, products must be returned unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund.
