At AIR RISE INC, we accept Discover, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as payment options.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed, it is automatically submitted to our fulfillment department. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to modify orders that are not reported promptly. We encourage all our customers to review their orders carefully before submitting them.

If you encounter any difficulties while applying coupon codes for the first time, please make sure that you enter the code correctly in the field labeled “COUPON CODE”. If you have already submitted an order, we may not be able to make changes to the financial aspect of the transaction.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Upon submitting an order, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total amount of the order. The authorization may show up immediately, but it does not indicate that a charge has been made. In addition to the bank’s authorization, our software system runs various authorization checks. If your order is not authorized by our system, it will not be processed, and you will not be charged. However, the amount will still appear as a pre-authorization for about 2-3 business days. Billing will be processed upon shipment of all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

In some cases, orders may not process due to reasons such as the billing address not matching the card statement address, unavailable funds, incorrect card security code, incorrect card number, or expiration date. If an order does not process and there are pending authorizations on your credit or debit card, these are not charges, and no money has been taken from the account. They are merely pending authorizations and will drop off the account in 2-3 business days.
